Do you own your land? If you are paying a yearly rent (property taxes) then you have a feudal title, and you are a serf on the land that you do not own. If you do not pay the taxes, they sell it from under you, and do an Unlawful Detainder action, which is used to evict tenants.
I am a living soul, and currently an inhabitant of the land of Texas, near Azle. I do aerospace engineering consulting, and I have dealt with law and regulations as far as aviation are concerned for over 35 years. When somebody presented this idea of sovereignty to me in the early 1990's, I told them they were crazy, but then they produced court cases that talk about it. Since then I have been investigating it and I have found that it is 100% true. We are a nation of sovereigns.
Thomas Jefferson made a fatal compromise when he predicated the United States Founding Documents on the initial phrase “We the people.” He seemingly knew better, but took the risk anyway. He did not write, “We, the individual sovereigns.”
The entity called “We the people” is a social group that has absolute, exclusive group-sovereignty and no absolute, inclusive individual sovereignty. Every government, church, charitable organization and non-government organization is a social group with absolute, exclusive group-sovereignty.
